U.S. drinking water widely contaminated with 'forever chemicals'

Damn

I’ve been on, and stay on, tap water here in Boston

RIP me my stomach gonna be calcified or some ****

Stopped drinking tap water years ago. Been going to the international grocery stores lately and getting my water from Greece and Croatia.
Will check out that documentary mentioned above.

Louisiana got that egg water. The only place I’ve been where you have to smell the water before you drink it.

I wouldn't be able to drink that :sick:

I went on a high school trip for ball back in the day and the water at the spot we were staying smelled like that. No one took a shower the whole weekend.

And people in the retirement thread laughed when I said I’d die of cancer/ disease before I hit retirement.

Who’s laughing now?8)

So I watched the film, and here's the take aways:
-Washing your hands/brushing your teeth uses up a gallon of water a day.
-Everytime you flush a Toilet it uses up 3 gallons of water, and 6 gallons if your house was built before 94'.
-Laundry & Dishes use up about 10-15 per week.
-During a shower you use 20-30 gallons of water.

So, practically the only solution to eradicate these chemicals is to live AFRICAN style and:
-Shower by dumping a bucket of Water over your head

-Pee in the grass

-Crapping in the woods like the Amish do

People dont realize, all the water they use has to be continuously recycled & treated, rainwater harvesting only provides about 5 gallons of water per human per day.

And your third eye/pineal gland. Everybody knows about the fluoride, but the calcium and other minerals also dont help.
