One of my friends dogs is terrifying. He left me alone in the living room with the dog to go get us food. Every time I got up the dog started barking so I just sat there in still in silence until he got back.

Growing up had a friend with Rottweilers like that. Meanest dogs ever. If I got up I would have to walk on eggshells, no sudden moves. If they came over to sniff me I wouldn’t even budge. In my head I was always like what is the purpose of these dogs.

Rottweilers like couple other breeds just intimidating.. You obviously can train them to be vicious

but ain’t no one be training them little toy dogs to be mean and they be relentless just because

Co-sign on little dogs have meanest energy. I have a black lab and she never barks and absolutely loves people and meeting other dogs. Was walking her with my wife in our neighborhood and this woman had her tiny dog off the leash in her yard and she was barking like crazy when we were 2 houses away. The woman picks up and carries her dog in the house and apologizes for its behavior. As we’re walking past her house, her partner comes out the house and the little dog runs out behind her and literally jumps and bites my dog on the throat and won’t let go. My dog is shocked and looks at me like, “get this lil thing off me”. So I have to pry the little dog’s mouth of my dogs throat. Luckily labs have a lot of loose skin around their neck so my dog wasn’t injured. But the whole time the couple is just watching me trying to pry their dog off and apologizing for their dog but didn’t make any effort to help. It was probably latched on my dog for 7ish seconds but they didn’t do anything. My wife was pissed about it after the fact and said next time that little dog runs up in us she’s punting it

Having been around big dogs my whole life, it’s the owners

I ain’t going say anything crazy like my dogs would never bite anyone.. but luckily to this point of my life, they haven’t and I hope I never have to find out if they will

But I grew up with German shepherds and Rottweilers.. and as an adult i had an American bulldog.. and currently have a boxer and cane corso (and a puppy golden doodle)

And other than looking mean, I’ve been around my friends’ pitties and Dobermans that all they do is bark and run when they get around new people

dalmatians and chihuahuas are notoriously mean
i've been bit by one dog in my life and it was my homie's ***** *** chihuahua who attacked my achilles when i least expected it.

I’ve been bit twice and both times it was little flippin dogs

hell once it was my sister’s mini pincher.. was doing a favor for my sis taking her dog out and he freaked out when he saw a big dog and bit me when I was pulling him away.. big dog didn’t do shh other than look in his direction as he was freaking out

I've seen a Dachsund (weiner dog) jump up and bite someone's *** cheek and actually hang from it.

I've had my share of big dogs that scare people. my wife's dog is the real monster and he's a yorkie mix. he's really not bad but he'll bite you if you test him.

I did have a doberman that went after a Jehovahs witness though, only person he ever tried to bite. guess he could tell I didn't like him.

Little dogs are all bark no bite. Used to work at this place the owner had 2 little dogs. 1 was always fronting like it was tough, growling and barking at people. Softest dog ever. The other one was stupid af. Id be sitting there doing work, id hear it running around then a loud noise. Stupid thing ran into the wall then kept running around. I dunno what breed it was but it was ugly af too.
