Unemployment hearing HELP!!!!!!!!

Hello niketalk
I lost my job at the end of December 2008 over some BS and when i tried to file
for unemployment they denied me becuase of the reason i was fired

Has anyone had one of these hearings before?
Can anyone give me advice or helpful hints?

log story short
I asked my store manager if i could buy a cleanced item
I bought a clearanced item
which i did on the regular has always been ok
3 monthes later LP comes in talking about i wasnt allowed to but that
My manager told LP that he told me i couldnt and did so when he left
He had 2 other employees write statments in his favor
And i got fired
I worked at Walgreens by the way

Had one basically they do a conference call with you and your old manager and you guys all talk about why you were fired from the job.

and never got written up once i was one of his best workers to

Sounds unfortunate bro but to my understanding, if you get laid off or involuntary terminated as a full time worker, you should be eligible for unemployment. I think the only way you wouldn't get those EDD checks is if you quit. There might be some loopholes in the fine print, but yeah, you should get it. Goodluck with that.

if you in school dont tell them you are. my friend got denied unemployment when they found out he was in school and said he should be out looking for a jobinstead of school.
