The theater makes a very small percentage of sales on tickets (like 10% i think) the first week the movie is released. By the second week it increases and the theater makes about 50% of ticket sales. 3rd week about 70%, 4th week 80%, etc..
So basically, when you watch a movie weeks after its released in the theater, that theater is greeting money from that overpriced ticket + the concession stand

reminds me of the time i went to watch "street kings" & some dude was straight up eating a burrito & drinking a king cobra like nothin.

Me and my girl always hit up Wendy's before the movies. Would cop 3 Jr. Bacon's, 4 nuggets, and 2 value fries. I'd kill everything except 2 nuggets and a value fry. Only thing we copped from the concession stand is the Cherry Icee

One time I walked into the movie theater with a bag from Buffalo Wild Wings no tickets told the guy in line we didn't have any tickets asked what we wanted to see walked straight in.
