Gentry Humphrey Shares Unseen Air Jordan 1 Low Golf Sample

Gentry Humphrey, the former Vice President of Jordan Brand, has been a pivotal figure in the sneaker industry. Recently, Humphrey took to social media to unveil an extraordinary and never-before-seen sample from Jordan Brand's golf collection.

The sample in question is an Air Jordan 1 Low Golf colorway, which adopts a stunning aesthetic inspired by advice Michael Jordan once shared with Steph Curry about mastering the game of golf: "The best way to become great at this game is to look in the mirror." This philosophical nugget has been translated into the design using reflective chrome overlays that cover the sneaker's mudguard, eyestays, heel, and Swoosh, giving these elements a mirror-like finish. The rest of the upper is constructed with pristine white leather, contrasting the gleaming accents, and is complemented by a white midsole and a translucent rubber outsole.

Unfortunately, this Air Jordan 1 Low Golf Mirror is not scheduled for a public release, and possibly was an early sample of the recently released Air Jordan 1 Low Golf Gift Giving from 2023.

Anybody wear ACG shoes for golf? Found these for cheap at the outlet and want to wear them instead of typical spikeless golf shoes.

I find myself dozing off with golf clubs
Waking up every forty minutes
Soaking wet, dripped to death in it
On top of rules, big 3-woods and fools get tested
And hittin' off the blue tees makes my **** get erected
We all strive for a better round tomorrow
But as far as today, your *** gots to pay
And ain't no time better than the present one at hand
And never keep your oxidized fourteens too far from your land

It's kinda bug how I golf sometimes; know they staring
Brain feels like a wheel lost without the ball bearing
Stuck, contemplating who I can trust
like bogeys in a row my feelings just get crushed
That's why I stick with my Jordan golf nines, like I stick with the guns
Don't get mad, rip your hybrids, concentrate on greens in regulation
Lift heavy gats concealed by my waist
Never get patted down when I step in the rat race
Watch me finish first place

12s vs 9s in terms of comfort? I’m assuming the 12s, but I wonder if the wider toe box on the 9s would be better for people who walk. Also, how’s the fit on the 9s? TTS?

12 > 9 (new model)
9s don’t really have a wider toe box in my opinion, if anything, a little more narrow. 9s are lighter though. I haven’t walked in my 9s yet but plenty of times in 12s and no issues.
I don’t have the old model 9 with the free sole.
