Why should I pay retail for a shoe that I will put on display? Even if I do decide on wearing them it might be two years later. Pretty sure plenty of others are in the same boat. Might as well wait a few months for them to get marked down.

It’s all personal preference. Just cause someone don’t spend the The money doesn’t mean they don’t have it. Just cause someone does doesn’t mean they do.
And I think you mean 2 weeks earlier. 2 weeks early and you’d have had them for a week already.
Either way in about 4 months we all gone have em at a price we all happy with hopefully.

I have the money to pay for them but there’s a few reasons why I almost never pay retail.
- I have too many shoes as it is and I can barely wear them.
- Most of the shoes I like, go on sale. So if waiting a couple months means I can get them for 30%-50% off, I can wait cause most shoes I don’t wear for a while.
Like the Payton’s that just came out. I could have bought both for retail or I could wait a few more months and I’ll end up with three pairs for the price of one.
