the same girl said he's appealing the dui because the police officer that pulled him over didnt take blood or make him take a breathalizer(sp?) test, hesimply failed the field test and his argument is sober people can fail it too

yup, my dad just said they said on the radio he was less than half the legal limit (which could have been something like cough syrup) and was driving 70 mph.he's playing sunday!
