Voice-to-Text for class notes? Anyone ever try this? Vol. College Lectures

Hey,
I saw a commercial by Bestbuy where a kid is using his computer to recording the professor's voice and then it converting the speech into text as if he was typing his notes.

I'm a senior this year in University and was wondering if anyone has tried this or if its worth it? Thanks!

I wouldn't count on it...some professors have OD accents/don't speak loud/etc.


Plus you've been taking notes for 3 years already...just man up and do that 1 year left...sheesh. Or, find a girl (with good handwriting) to take notes for you, meet up / meat her up on the weekend and scan her notes.
