Want to cop the One, but not due for an upgrade for a while so will have to cop full price. Might wait to see what that updated Nexus 4 has to offer before making the decision. Tired of my iphone 5 and need something new to try.

tet is does have 32gb of storage

the dev version has 64gb

i copped a red nillkin case i seen on ebay for my one looks cool ill probably only use for a while like i always do but it was only 10$ from a usa seller, its cheaper from china but don't want to wait....

also tmobile text me that the one is backordered :rolleyes

I have 30GB of music and I need a phone that can at least hold that much plus apps. Don't give me the you don't need that many songs on your phone rebuttal either. I'm not carrying two devices and I don't care to make playlists when I can have everything at my disposal. Google Music is not where it needs to be speed wise. I'm too impatient for that.

You need 7680 songs on you?

I'm done with this. People want need to have some sort media machine in there pocket that has to have 8,000+ songs and 40 HD videos plus apps and NOT A SONG less for they need atleast 21 hours of music for their everyday lives.

Plastic flimsy back that pops off >>>> super dope heavy back that's cracked.

Srs question are you all that clumsy that you want plastic phones because they won't "shatter", I've been rocking smartphones nude for years. Maybe dropped my phones 2-3 times on hard surfaces never had anything break or shatter

Are you that vain that you care so much what the phone is made out of so it appears more "premium" and expensive to others even tho it isn't more functional?

It's actually around 4,000 to be exact but whatever. What do you think smartphones are if they aren't media machines in 2013? Why wouldn't I desire a feature like expandable memory or sufficient internal memory from Google when it has become the norm everywhere else?

I hab no problem with plastic phones. If it looks good it just looks good. What ever material it is.
i don't have a problem with plastic phone too, but when you pay premium prices for a premium phone while other competitor are putting premium material on there phone for the same price, i tend to feel rip off ...also Samsung make enough money with the same boring design, they should step there design game up

just got this one. joint is smooth as hell

good timing before they lock down that phone. I usually prefer black phones but, the silver body w/ the black bezel/screen look so damn good. Do you plan to get a case?
what u mean lock down? I might get an otter but I only put the case on when I do construction work

What phone did you come from
had a note 2 sold it a couple weeks ago nd used an evo lte waitingfor the one to release.

HTC...Y'all produced a winner this time! :smokin

As a heads up the thoughts I typed below are what I feel about the two flagship phones from Samsung and HTC, if you feel differently please share, but let's keep it civil.

Y'all know how hard I went for the SGSII and SGSIII...and deservedly so because those two phones could be considered game changers. But honestly and truthfully I must say that even with the drawbacks of having a non-user replaceable battery and no Micro-SD storage capabilities I feel that the HTC One is the better phone overall this time around. I'm not saying it's better than the SGSIV by a longshot, it's pretty close actually. I still feel you can't go wrong with either one, but at least for me if I were going to purchase either of the two, I'd DEFINITELY go for the HTC One...here's why in no particular order:

The Super LCD screen while not as "colorful" as the SAMOLED screens that it gives a more realistic representation of colors AND it's better when used outside.

The features introduced in the SGSIV are indeed innovative...but I don't see myself using them.

Usually I don't care about cameras too much, but I like HTC's philosophy of upgrading the camera sensor to allow more light in...although it lacks in megapixels (4MP) the low light and motion imagery is superb on the HTC One.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm digging the aluminum unibody (aesthetically) of the HTC One...much more than the body of the SGSIV. Notice I didn't say BUILD QUALITY...because actually the high impact polycarbonate shell of the SGSIV is quite durable and damage resistant...as much so or even moreso that the aluminum on the HTC One (just think you damage the back on the SGSIV just buy a new battery cover...no such luck on the HTC One, you'll just have dents, scratches and gouges on the aluminum back).

Even though the SGSIV is a new phone and different than the SGSIII it still has the been there done that effect since I'm coming from having the SGSIII for almost a year now. The HTC One will be a fresh new experience and actually when compared to its predecessor the HTC One X it's almost an entirely new experience.

Small things like front facing stereo speakers on the HTC One make a big difference, from the reviews the speakers sound excellent.

Again this is just my opinion...if you feel otherwise you are very much entitled to do so. I still feel like the SGSIV will sell better, but that takes in account the huge marketing advantage Samsung has over HTC.
