Getting an unlocked MyTouch 3G (Wanted the slide more, but didn't work out) in the mail in like 4-5 days.
I know it's weak, but it's just something to mess with until August when I can get off of AT&T.
I won it on eBay for $115 shipped, and it's already rooted and everything, but I think I'll do a fresh install of the 2.2 update and then root it myself and go from there.
I shall return when I get it for assistance on how to do these things. Already signed up on XDA and everything in preparation.
Please be kind to a newcomer

Its good for me cuz I get to see what time it is while im on the net, I deleted mines and use a clock widgetYou can hide it via adw or lp

Same thing happened to me on my mytouch slide... I did a reset and everything, still no luck... I had to go back to the original mt3g

eBay and craiglist. You'd be paying more like $200 for a slide, or if you look hard enough, around $250 for an HD2.
