I think this is a good thing for Wale. The production on More About Nothing, I thought, was really good, and Wale killed that tape. If he can refine his flow mixed with Justice League beats, it could work out.

Wale hasnt been lacking in beats though. Most of his beats have been dope imo. Im more concerned if Ricky is gonna encourage him to dumb down his content a little.

Then again Grand Hustle is a dead end and I never really liked that move....and far as I know Meek never really "signed" he was affiliated

I don't really see the negatives of the situation, Ross does multiple songs with all of his artists and seems to genuine care about them doing good. I swear Nasty by Masspike Miles was featured on World Star for like a week and be honest when is the last time you heard somebody say they check for him? (That Nasty joint does crank though).
I think this will definitely benefit him in the DC Metro too, MFs around here LOVE Rozay.
