WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - Agatha All Along new ep every Wednesday

Like someone mentioned, the issue that divides the team doesn't necessarily have to be able secret identities.

It doesn't have to be the good guys that ship Hulk off. Maybe it's the government. Maybe it's Ultron.
Well they can do that too but then there's really no reason to even bring up the superhuman registration act, or make it so WWH happens before CW.

Money on Hulk being the one that kills the hundreds of people instead of dude from the comics (can't remember who it was that exploded). It's all speculation but people are expecting Ultron to gets his hands on a gem, namely the soul gem. Now I'm not too into the stones/gems but I'v been told one oof it's powers is revealing someone's "true self" so it could be a situation where Banner just goes full Hulk-smash and destroys a entire village (has been rumored for years it seems). I remember one of the earliest leaks saying Hulk ends up leaving this 'realm of reality'.. Sounds a lot like the Negative Zone but idk if they would be able to use that though.

I feel like with banner you have to remember that his character development now will be "what does he do now that he can control his ability to transform?" My theory is that when he transforms to hulk he doesn't want to revert back to banner and vice versa. When he does transform he becomes OD and damages a lot. Iron man takes secret measurements (Hulkbuster) to make sure they have some protocol if hulk gets outta line. Banner finds out and gets....angry. As far as the rumors with him being trapped in the quinjet on a course for space I'm not sure how plausible that is. I'm thinking something of the sort will happen, most likely due to Ultron but I can't wait. Curious as to how The Ant man film will play into civil war as well. I mean, I don't get why they made Rudd "Scott Lang" instead of "Hank Pym". Lang isn't in the civil war at all but Pym had a good helping hand in exposing how crooked Stark can get.

YAY CIVIL WAR!!!! :Nthat

Banner controlling the Hulk at the end of Avengers just seemed like bull **** plot induced stupidity for the sake of convenience.

I bet when they want they'll just make it so something happens to Banner where he can no longer control it. Cuz if you thinking about it him controlling his transformations and Hulk knowing on whose side to fight on and talk a bit basically be conscious and not a raging monster goes counter to him being the catalyst of anything.

This is literally the most excited I've been since I saw Venom was going to be in SM3 (:{)

The DC announcement just makes me more appreciative of the universe marvel has been building because I currently have no idea what those other guys are doing..

It's like anything else in life. Sometimes you're on the wagon, sometimes you're off of it.

If the timing of when the Hulk regains control is convenient, then oh well :lol

DC is a mess.

Lamekilla, you make a great point.

Stretching out the meeting of Thanos gives Marvel more of a chance to add heroes to their roster via solo movie debuts, etc for him to battle against

You bring out Thanos too soon and he won't have enough ppl to fight
Phase 3 is gives them more than enough time to add another 3 or 4 characters and they'd be good. Pushing this back will only annoy/tire the viewers. I can't believe people aren't tired and annoyed already.

Haven't even been paying attention to them. What did they announce?

Other solo Bat and Supes flicks weren't included in this announcement.

We won't see another solo GL film until 2020. DC really distancing themselves from that last debacle. Hope it's John Stewart.

.

they really should of let Marvel have this week :lol This news is huge any other time

Marvel is now reportedly looking at McConaughey (should be Adam Warlock, i'm not accepting anything less :lol), Oscar Issac, Gyllenhaal and Ewan McGregor for Strange right now.. McGregor is my personal favorite from this list.. starting to feel like they're just gonna eventually say **** it and give Depp 50 million to do it

Dr. Strange has lowkey been a mess.. It's amazing that after all this time and development they can't get someone to sign on.

Suicide Squad is the only movie out of all of them I want to see.
BvS if Batman wins the fight.

Every other character that I find decent will be bootlegged unless reviews are fire.

How Dr. Strange hasn't been announced yet is beyond me. The movie was supposed to start filming this month (not sure what date). First Marvel movie that gets pushed back?

Cap isn't shooting until April and it's coming out like 4 months ahead for Dr. Strange, right? It's gonna have a way more VFX work on it than Cap but i still think they can make it in time if they act fast.

I feel like Marvel probably has a couple dudes they could snag up right now and start production soon but they're still waiting for 'their guy', whoever that might be to free up.

From what I'm reading it's not getting someone to sign on but being satisfied with the candidates so far. Joaquin allegedly was the only one that took too long to respond and Marvel moved on.

I'd be hype no matter what if Jake got it even though he doesn't all the way fits (just rewatched Brothers the other day :smokin )

They already have a lot of animations/vfx preproduced, which is how they have been making movies in less than a year from shooting. Cap really only needs shield throwing, bullet effects and maybe flight if Falcon returns. Nothing too deep. Strange will have a lot more than that.

Also they been able to get all movies in time so far because they been starting on schedule.

They way that DC universe is constructing itself it'll literally collapse if one of those films flops :{

Sometimes i think they whole connected universe thing is overrated and not for everyone

It is. Tho it would've been good for DC if done right. All those other fantasy and horror cinematic universes need to **** outta here

Marvel seemingly had their hearts set on casting Jaoquin Phoenix as the Sorcerer Supreme, but after he balked at the longterm commitment he would have to make with a multi-picture deal, the hunt for someone else to play the fan-favourite Marvel character began anew. A number of names emerged yesterday, but we now have another courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter. According to the site, "the 33-year-old [Ryan Gosling] has met with Marvel Studios to discuss starring in the title role in Doctor Strange."

Why marvel is beating around the bush would just letting Johnny Depp be strange is comical. I know they wanted something different but the universe is working its magic. I think Depp ultimately gets the role. Disney loves him and he'd be a great fit as Strange. Weirdness and all.

With the success of the shared universe I'm surprised there hasn't been more in all types of other genres to milk it dry.

I'm still looking forward to the first non-superhero movies to reveal they're in the same universe and have audiences like :eek and then I'm waiting for a group of movies that have no business sharing universe doing the same reveal and making the whole idea jump the shark for movies like the Ninja Turtle movies are happening in the same universe as the Prometheus franchise :lol

Thought Marvel said no to him. I remember the rumors of them meeting like with so many other celebs and then nothing.

I was cool with him for the role but thought they passed on him cuz of the rut he's currently in.

The 80's did it already. Trading places and Coming to America are in the same universe :lol

Tarantino has been using the shared universe thing for a while. His movies def overlap and some are even movies inside of the shared universe.

Universal Monsters is also doing the same now.

I bet we start seeing it more though.

All the more reason for marvel to bust movie goers over the head and simply just say that ASM was part of the MCU the whole time. I hope they don't even give an explanation honestly. Just throw Garfield's spiderman in there and have him talk about Stark, Rogers and the others like he's been around the whole time.

I wouldn't put it past Disney to set some random romantic Twilight crap in the Star Wars universe
