IM 3 catered to the Chinese market, iirc they even had their own cut that showed IM in China that wasnt shown in the US version.

Iron Man has always done well over there and Cap 2 is pretty high on the list.Crazy that Avengers didn't really make that much money in China which is looked at as the biggest film market..
The sequel is probably going to go bananas in the Korean market. (filming in South Korea, hiring Korean actresses, etc)
I think the market for American movies in China has gotten bigger since 2012. Hasn't all the phase 2 movies done well over there?
Would a Hulk film where he's actually the Hulk for 90% of it actually work?
trailer is a bit underwhelming because we heard the sound bite back in comic con so in our heads is exactly what we imagined play by play....lol
Thor seems so replaceable, sadly....because he is legit one of the most powerful Marvel Characters, get rid of Hawkeye please, i loved him in the comics/cartoon but Renner completely butchered him....my man RDJ is on another level of play when it comes to portraying his character, i understand why they throw him millions, i cant possibly picture another actor being Tony Stark, seems like Ruffalo gonna get a better role this time around, he gets alot of hate but i tend to think hes an ok actor, hes no Norton, but hes not that bad...i just think he was handed some bad lines in Avengers.....cap and Tony seem to be the ones holding it down which makes all the sense in the world considering the direction the MCU is going in.

A movie with a **** talking Raccoon and a mentally challenged tree just crossed the $700 million mark. I think Marvel could make a mostly Hulk movie work.
We didn't see enough of him in the trailer but I'm not ready to call him replaceable.
can't bring up Guardians every time someone brings up a potential films... that **** is an anomaly.Would a Hulk film where he's actually the Hulk for 90% of it actually work?

Nah this won't have a similar tone to Guardians. Even the first Avengers didn't have that much humor. While it will have humor, like the picking up mjolnir scene, I doubt we'll see many scenes like Thor tossing Loki around.

I don't think it would translate well either. One of the few who aint campaigning for a PH/WWH filmcan't bring up Guardians every time someone brings up a potential films... that **** is an anomaly.
i'm not sure Planet Hulk would translate well as a film but idk

No less farfetched than anything else in the MCU. This statement points to nothing
the way he has been portrayed in the MCU has been terrible, Hemsworth nailed the role, the development for his character in comparison to the rest of the team has been garbage bro....his love story sucks balls, theyve played into his daddy issues too much and when it has come down to the wire hes sent off to do the most random **** like use his thunder to close the portal, the most memorable things about him has been his encounters with Hulk and Loki.
It takes more than 2 films to really flesh the character of Thor. I'll admit Hemsworth should get more screen time in this film though
Looks like that Hulk and Widow rumor is true. After watching the trailer for a 7th time, it looks like she's going to be the one to calm him down after a bender lol
