WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - Agatha All Along new ep every Wednesday

Stark has no reason to be wary of Thor though. Hulk is understandable. And Stark would have to take a little trip to Asgard to even stand a chance.

It's not really that villainous.

Stark can be weary of anyone who has superpowers or can be a threat.

It can make him paranoid on who can be trusted and who can be turned after the events of Cap2. That can also be the reason why he would side with the registration act for Cap3.

I mean he can be weary, but it's not as effective for him as it is Batman. Batman doesn't trust anyone. The fallout of Shield isn't enough imo for him to start having trust issues and developing suits/plots to take out his squad. IMO,  him siding for the registration is due to the fact that he ****** up, not because of SHIELD. He created Ultron because of the fallout of Shield. The registration and all that is due to his guilt.

The suits or whatever he builds that becomes Ultron isn't made to stop the heroes going rogue, that could be for something else, a respond to Shield/Hydra event or to completely replace Shield. Stark might not even build an army or robots, he could just make a different version of Jarvis that is meant more for protection/fighting or whatever and Ultron evolves from it and he builds his own robot army.

Then as a back-up, he just has contingency plans or he just starts gathering others weaknesses which Ultron eventually gets a hold of. The plan could include a cyborg Thor clone.

The Shield fallout can be big enough, I mean it targeted and tried to kill him and it was an organization he already did not fully trust. After Shield turned out to be Hydra he could be "I knew it" or "told you so".

I mean him building robots to take over what Shield was doing, protecting or whatever, is in a way a sort of paranoia? Or arrogance? Whichever.

As for the registration act, I think all these events will play a part in the Civil War too including Shields fallout. He could side with it just so there are no surprises like Hydra, I mean that was one of the things they touched up on in Cap, revealing peoples/agents secrets. Stark could believe that secrecy leads to betrayal or surprised evil or whatever.

He was also arguing with Fury in Avengers about the secrets like secretly using the Tesseract power to make weapons. He was already hacking and exposing their secrets. The event of Cap2 and Ultron going haywire (or if for some reason Hydra has something to do with Ultron going nuts, it does look like he is working with the twins and last we saw, the twins were with Hydra -or being experimented on by Hydra- so there could be a connection there) could push him over the edge and might even start the registration act?

I don't know, just some late night pondering.

I believe he creates Ultron solely as the beginning of a peace-keeping attempt in place of SHIELD. Him building Ultron is probably due to both arrogance and fear, and what starts the rift between him and Cap since we all know Cap has his concerns about technology.

Him saying I told you so and all that and then him siding with the government seems weird. He should be on Cap's side if he has that mentality. The fallout of Shield is partially the governments fault. But then again, we don't know what the reason for them coming up with the act is for yet. There may be no registration. There just may be an issue that divides them. Something like a stronger program to police the world and stop stuff like that from happening.

Gina would be great if she could act better.

QFT.

I was watching AMC movie talk and Schnepp brought up that Kang The Conqueror using time travel could explain how Spiderman could appear in the MCU without it being weird/forced.

Fox probably has the rights to Kang because his backstory is heavily tied into F4 and X-Men

Sorry @lamekilla :lol

Think you have to implicate Thanos in the Ragnarok storyline.. If Civil War was going to be THE huge event and main plot point then yeah I could see something involving Tony.

He'll probably be peeping what's happening with CW and realize he gotta get Thor out the picture so he unleashes Surtur or creates the Thor clone.

Being "I told you so" doesn't really side you with Cap necessarily, Cap is always about anti-registration a la holocasut and fighting the Nazis and all while Stark may see it as better way of monitoring but since he is in charge, he will make sure there are no funny business.

And also, Feige pretty much said there will be a global registration act in the Q&A after the event so I think that is at least one thing we know that will happen.

Well would you look at that, Dan Slott's tweet about Spider-Man news had absolutely nothing to do with the movies and it was about the comics

If you read the comics you know a huge group of Spidey fans are still mad he sold his marriage (along with his unborn child) to the devil to save Aunt May's life.

The lames gotta smarten up.

On another note, as far as the clone Ragnarok and Thor: Ragnarok they probably won't be related story wise. Thor has never even fought the cyborg clone in the comics. Ragnarok is basically the apocalypse for Asgardians. End of days and all that. Chances are Surtur is more involved than a cyborg clone or Thanos. That story basically gives them a chance to do big things with Thor and his world.

If not Cap Marvel, I wonder if they want her to pull off Medusa? 8o

Just a dye job and extra weave and extensions.

Just give the role to Blunt and call it a day. It should be a slam dunk, gimme decision. I've seen enough from Edge of Tomorrow to know she'd have no problem being bad ***

Blunt was offered Peggy too.. She's definitely gettingone of the upcoming female roles

Not if she keeps saying no. :lol
I thought she was pregnant when they offered her both? I'm pretty sure Jim from the Office stay knocking her up.

Plus you gotta think about it, if they offered her Widow first and she was pregnant and couldn't do it and then they come back with Peggy for the Cap movie she might have saw that as a lesser role. She might be holding out for a role with super powers or one that warrants a solo film and that would be Cap Marvel (or Inhumans like I just suggested).

I think it was just scheduling conflict, I kind of remember the film she did instead was a huge flop though.
