FoX-Men had bad dialogue and tried to be a bit too cartoonish, if that makes sense.

I’m referring to pre-First Class.

They're already setting up the multiverse so even though they're ending these other shows they can just make new ones.

Those X-Men movies sucked man @ looking forward to what came after that trash Dark Phoenix movie. Especially after that trash Apocalypse.

Saw this was on tv over the weekend and such a waste using Oscar Isaac as Apocalypse. They definitely just casted him for his name at the time. Only thing good to come out of that was Munn looking sexy as Psylocke.

that was the problem with days of future past

while she was shoe horned into first class.. I focus on Charles and magneto’s stories, especially magneto’s

but that character getting thrown in and having that role goes to singer.. should have started fresh and have the real first clsss, but the story still focused on Charles and Erik

And even then if you want a woman to have an elevated role in X-Men you have plenty to choose from even if you want to rewrite history and try to put her on the level of Charles and Magneto but you don't choose Mystique.

Its ridiculous and then pedophile Singer's dumbass wants to basically make X-Men the white version of the black struggle calling Mystique the mutant Harriet Tubman

I just didn't think she had the sex appeal that she gives in the comics. They need someone who can play being Vivacious and a ***** as Frost. Jones played it as a mannequin.

The characters outside of mags and professor X we’re just all over the place or useless. They basically “transformer the movie’d” them. No personality, all filler.

Didn’t even get respect. Just a random picture. When mags called them all out on the plane it was complete cringe because they never established any type of relationship or characterization

rfx45 not sure if you’ve listened to the author on the ryen russillo pod.. but I’m not as interested in the book

he kinda downplays the rdj and favreau aspect of launching the whole thing.. but I don’t think he himself fully appreciates the characters themselves.. seems more of storyline that has been done, that comicbook stuff wasn’t taken seriously and then people learned.. does talk about feige caring, but just talks of rdj and favreau being cheap instead of rdj being that character and favreau being an ironman fan

just more of not fully appreciating and taking the wrong things away from success

yea, it made me less inclined to want to buy the book
