WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - Agatha All Along new ep every Wednesday

Question.............

Im watching the Avengers film now, and theres a few references to "Phase 2" in the first 25 minutes of the film. Is this "Phase 2" referring to Ultron?

If you're talking about Fury talking to the World Security Council then phase 2 was what they had planned to eliminate major threats. Phase 1 was essentially to band a group of misfit superheroes together and get them to save the day but the WSC wasn't having that and thought it was too loose cannon. It ended up working but wasn't suppose to be enacted again. It was touched upon in avengers when Cap found hydra weapons and expounded on in cap 2 when they were using the Zola algorithm to pin point threats before they became major threats. The thing is though that Marvel had the perfect set up for phase 2 to actually be Ultron especially if hank Pym wasn't going to make him I would've rathered the World Security Council make him by compromising stark tech but I guess tony making him is ok considering what I think the end result will be which will be Tony getting the blame from half the group for the destruction Ultron caused and the other half thinking it wasn't his fault.................

Civil war :o c'mon baby.....but if they go that route what will they do with Thor? Unless they make Thor 3 happen during the civil war....or kill Thor in Thor 3 and have him come back to life after the civil war. But then who kills Goliath?? It'll have to be a robot Thor made by Pym and Richards. But marvel can't use Mr. Fantastic....Ahhhhhhhh!!!

If not Ultron, then what is the Phase 2?

Phase II is all movies taking place After Avengers 1 but before antmant. Avengers movies are the end of a phase. Phase 1 is IM - Avengers. Phase 2 is IM 3 - Avengers 2.

Avengers 2 is named age of Ultron.

EDIT: NVM. THAT phase 2. Uptempo got you.

Blotters had a point. Still mad that everyone in universe is hating Scott for what he did while possessed by the Phoenix while Jean Grey got a pass.

Wolverine calling Scott a murderer is the biggest hypocrite move I've seen.
Jean never got a pass. She died like every time she became Phoenix and then got her whole family wiped out for it. Plus she's still yet to resurrect.
Please. Clown *** ***** out there tryna murder Children on multiple occasions for **** they have yet to do. Wiccan, Hope, reincarnated En Sabah Nur. And he somehow runs a school? Had he had his way in AvX there would be no mutants left with his Benedict Arnold ***. Not to mention he selectively chooses which characters he forgives for their destruction caused by the Phoenix Force. ***** thinks he should be the only one allowed to murder in all the world. He's a bad character and his fans should feel bad. The best thing about wolverine is how easy Magneto can tear him apart. That way his involvement in Magneto Story arcs are limited.

X-23 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Wolverine.
Only difference between X-23 and Wolverine is she doesn't try to justify her murder or talk much about it. She just kills and then says she's not about that life anymore.

Pass as in no one ever really calls her a murderer like they do Scott minus Guardian. Sure she's dead but she did destroy a planet.

She destroyed more than just one planet. Phoenix Force eats stars. It was multiple planets through all her time as the Phoenix.

Well the first time was changed that it wasn't Jean but the Phoenix by itself posing as Jean. Sort of a frame up job :lol

But all the murder after that is on her. She wasn't blamed cuz it wasn't really her intent unlike Scott who put himself in the situation for all that stuff to go down. Wolverine's been against Scott since he was down for child soldiers and getting kids to kill for the cause. That's what he's always been against.

Scott murders Charles Xavier you get that rant from Bobby that just happened in the new issue of Uncanny. :{
No real surprise the X-Men care more about the guy that was basically their father than a bunch of aliens.

I mean in the end even Xavier was saying he was wrong.
Schism was weird cause they both made good points
I was fine with Scott when he was asking Logan to kill for him cuz he's like over a 100, is a weapon, etc. and doesn't mind especially in the situation for mutants but once he was telling kids to do it he was no better than any war lord enlisting children in his army. Especially given the situation where Idie didn't have to kill anybody, just wait cuz the X-Men were on their way.

IMO you just gotta look at who Scott ends up gathering for his team; megalomaniac out for mutant domination, damaged queen of a demon dimension, and a traitor.

That 75th anniversary comic btw, is it one story arc involving all those characters or just a bunch of mini arcs

It's just a big comic with individual stories about some Marvel characters. I already forget who.

Looked it up, Disney purchased Pixar for 7.4 billion in 2006, Marvel for 4 billion in 09, and most recently Lucasfilm for 4 billion in 2012.

Given their recent spending history, buying out Sony Pictures one day doesn't seem too crazy..

Personally, if they had that kind of spending money, I would've skipped Lucasfilm and bought out Sony. Pssh Star Wars lol (hi CP)

Objectively speaking, money wise they can probably buy Sony right now, but the question is, do they want to.

Pixar has dominated the animation industry for a decade, they gambled on Marvel and Marvel is kicking *** in the comic book movie genre, and I bet they think the time is ripe to reboot star wars and make a juggernaut out of that too.

They probably see Sony struggling and thinking that they'll wait on that lol

The topping selling items at Disneyland/disney world are 1) Star Wars 2) cars (made by pixar). You can see why they wanted those companies

I found a summer movie ASM2 is better than. Transformers 4. Watching it right now and I'm just waiting for it to end :lol

T4 shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as ASM2. T4 was so awful, so many moments that made no sense. Yet that film still made a billi :x

Movie goers :{

A bil for that hot garbage. Just finished it. I want to erase the last three hours from my memory.

Wasn't that film just the longest for no ******* reason?! Oh my gosh they got off the cyberton ship and I swore the movie was over but there was still like an hour and a half left :x :x :x :x and then the Dinobots were in there just so the producers and writers could tell people to "shut up" about them. So pointless.

Yea, t didn't have to be 3 hours. I felt like whoever wrote the screenplay had ADD.

They could've focused on the collector for the creators or Megatron duping that billionaire recreating him into Galvatron, but not both lol

I'm going to ez pass on all transformers movies from now on lol

Sorry for hijacking thread. Needed to vent. Moving on.

I guess it's cuz it's part of this long series.

I mean kids love Transformers so that's like 300 mil already, then add all the kids that have grown up, that's a whole generation. Plus the first Transformers wasn't that bad.

I felt the same way you felt but about Dark of the Moon, there was just this weird super long build up sequence when they were going to war in the city. It was the longest conflict/climax I ever seen.

If you've noticed Bay's been building up to this ****. In Bad Boys 2, there's like a time limit where this would be where the story would end but nah, dudes sister gets kidnapped so we get and extra 30 min of dudes running through Cuba with an unofficial special ops team that could easily cause one of the bigger disputes since the Bay of Pigs :lol :{ Bay is obviously on drugs with this ****.

I can't even imagine how long this one is :| :x
