Doubt Jackman is returning. But with the talk that Marvel is going all out with the cameos. I'd say 50/50.
Yeah, the Ultron Sentry bots we see escorting Strange, makes me believe that we will see a Superior Iron Man or concepts from Superior Iron Man. Would be nuts if Tom Cruise really did do a cameo in this film.

From lots of stills from the trailer, it looks to be Superior Iron Man. Lines up as you can kind of make out a face and you can kinda see a goatee, as SIM didn't have a face shield. This looks INSANE!!!
