WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - Up Next: Brave New World 02/14/25

I am going to assume the night Kingpin fought Kate Bishop he had an undiclosed injury, like a torn rotator cuff, cause no way THIS dude, in this trailer got HANDLED by Kate Bishop.

Cliff notes?

179 pages. :lol

its mostly about lively but reynolds is right there with controlling it with her

quick snippet

127. Meanwhile, on the day before commencement of the second phase of filming,Lively casually reached out to Baldoni, together with Heath and the Film’s producers, to meet inher home. Lively’s Return to Production Demands required a meeting before filming resumed. Onthe day before filming Baldoni, Heath, a Sony representative, the Film’s first assistant director, and two producers arrived with production binders in tow, excited to discuss details of resumingproduction. But Lively and her husband had a very different meeting in mind.

128. Lively brought Reynolds as her chosen “representative”—notably, she did notrequest any attendees from her union, the Screen Actors Guild. Together, Reynolds and Livelyblindsided the rest of the group with a list of grievances, read aloud by Lively, that were astroubling as they were fictional. Reynolds then launched into an aggressive tirade, berating Baldoniin what Baldoni later described as a “traumatic” encounter. As Baldoni later said, he had neverbeen spoken to like that in his life.

129. Reynolds demanded that Baldoni apologize to Lively for actions that had eithernever happened or had been grossly mischaracterized. Baldoni resisted apologizing for things hehad not done, further enraging Reynolds. Everyone, including the producer Lively had asked theproduction to engage and the Sony representative, left the “meeting” in shock. The producer saidthat in his 40-year career, he had never seen anyone speak to someone like that in a meeting. TheSony representative said later that she often thought of the meeting and her one regret was notintervening to stop Reynolds’ tirade against Baldoni.

summary is blake and ryan pulled a power play by stealing the movie and controlling it and every aspect of it and when blakes reputation got tarnished with all the drama, she sued to play the victim to save her image

theyd probably have to settle and try and sweep it under the rug though

Her reputation was tarnished while working on this movie before/during production? The first of hearing any issues were when Lively sued.

I really don't understand what they're even arguing about. 179 pages of pointing fingers over stuff nobody would have even known about. :lol

She tripped over a couple details, didn't like a couple things, call that good, cash the check and keep it movin. Especially after Ryan had the movie of the year. Relax.

It's weird, and they'll all probably just settle and call it good.

I have a coworker and my wife that both followed all the interviews and stuff leading up to the movie, and she had a misstep or two. Then she lashed out afterwards.

its like a YA book adaptation, you kinda have to be a fan to really keep up, im not aware of the book the movie was based on but we all know how big those can get like fifty shades and twilight

i only really heard of it when reynolds/marvel gon involved then this latest lawsuit dropped and i also recall reymolds being this controlling and why the original DP2 director left and there were also reports that dude keeps insisting on rewriting DP&W while there was a writers strike and that issue came up with this film too

reading most of it and its actually a lot worse than that, its kind of a crazy behaviour and also paint reynolds in a different light

unfortunately for them, looks like the director actually got evidence including footage to help his case and got a hold of a lot of the allegations with some excluded context to make the other look bad

just crazy how much power they got, got sony giving in to everything they want
