I believe they get the distribution rights to the OG trilogy. That's a big deal.So does Disney finally own the original trilogy of Star Wars as well.
I think that would have voided the deal as it would pretty much monopolize sports broadcasting
I'm curious how it would be a legal issue if Feige wanted to incorporate the X-Men or FF in a post-credit scene. Even if the purchase is pending, can't Fox say "Hey Disney, you guys can use this property in a extra-credit scene" lol
Of course, I just wonder why they couldn't come up with a temporary agreement to allow them to use those rights during the pending purchase.there is still a chance the deal could be cancelled or voided and I am sure that is something Disney might not want to risk
