Not sure about the other stuff outside of him being one of the Blade writers but it's always weird to see a showrunner get canned early on in a shows run and sometimes a harbinger of bad things to come (Ala TWD).
Even more surprising when they get canned before it even airs, must've been a good reason but still crazy when they say that apparently he had already wrapped up with writing season 2 and was starting to work on season 3 too...

Thats what Im worried about. They keep showing the right things in all the promotions signifying they know who the target audience is(30+) but I get the feeling its going to be watered down.
