Earlier today, I had just finished hooping, showering and grubbing, so I'm feeling great! As I'm about to check NT, my mother (who I LOVE so very much

 

) comes into my room with a credit card in one hand..........and a bible in the other.

She's like, "son." She gave me that look, so in my head I was like "damn we're gonna have a TALK, but about what? I've been good with my money." She opens up Revelations 13: 16-18 and reads it to me.

16 It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads,  17 so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name.

18 This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man.[a]  That number is 666.

I'm like aight I've obviously heard of 666 before. Long story short, my mother had to get a new credit card and she just got her new one today in the mail. She turns the card over to the back and she points at the CVC number. Speaking of the devil, it says 666.   

I'm like, "oh." She straight up tells me, "I'm gonna call them and they are gonna give me a new card. I don't care, this is the devil's work." Then she proceeds to PREACH, and I mean PREACH about Revelations for fifteen minutes or so. I'm like

After she's done, she looks at me and says, "you look like you want to ask a question, son."     I don't want to ask anything! I just want her to stop preaching..........but then I'm likewhy not? So I ask my mother why she SO is superstitious about 666? She proceeds to say that she is not superstitious AT ALL, because it is in the bible and the ALL of the bible is the truth.  To finish, she says that people who Friday the 13th is a cursed day are superstitious, because it's based off nothing at all.   

Anyways, I know this is really really random, but if you got a credit/debit card with "666" anywhere on the card, would you use it for purchases?
