What Annoys You at Sporting Events?

Dudes who try & crack jokes during the whole game because the player has a kind of weird name.
Girls going and acting like they have any sort of clue whats going on.

its ridiculous how many bandwagon lakers fans there is here?

- seeing women, children or rich folks who don't even enjoy the sport or pay attention with floor seats
- having to get up and let people get back to their seats multiple times during the game
- putting lames on the jumbotron
- drunk fans going overboard with the trash talk to opposing teams players (ie. Utah Jazz fans to Derek Fisher)
- food prices
- never being able to catch the free stuff they throw out to the crowd

And co-sign on the "wearing any sports jersey" to a specific sporting event

Bunch of fans beating up other team's fan. Remember last year when LA fans beated up a celtics. I thought LA people have class, it look classless to me.Wow...it is manly for 20+ people to gang up on 1 man.

"I want a Hot Dog"

"I want a Jersey"

"I want Nachos"

"I want a Basketball"

and this coming from a Grown Man

Also when people hate the player on the other team....a good example is these Wizards fans that hate LeBron when the Cavs come to DC.

For the first time, I am actually ok with this. Sunday was the NBA finals dude. Maybe they went straight to a party after the game to watch it? I 1000% agreeon hating when fans where random jerseys to games, but I feel like this one deserves a pass.

-People getting wasted at the game. It really annoys me when its at the school game. (The Carrier Dome is the one of 3 venues in the country that sells beer atthe games.

Way to promote student safety morons).
-People who yell BS after every call against the home team. He clearly fouled him. Learn the rules of basketball #+%%##+.
-People who just text on the BB the whole game.
-People who harass the fans of the visiting team. I really felt bad for the G'Town fans when they came on Valentines Day.
-People who don't have a clue what they are talking about regarding the game whether it be football or basketball.
-People who bring scouting reports from 5 different websites. Just watch the damn game.
-Food is too expensive. I usually bring a bag of chips or candy bar from outside.
-People who don't bathe before they go to the game

Pessimistic Fans, its one thing to question the coaching staff, it's another to never shut up about it.

Fake Fans, I live in Seattle and everytime the Red Sox come into town the 'Fake Fans' come out of the woodwork, I know that there are somelegitimate fans in the bunch but I'd bet big $$$ that over half of them have never been to fenway

I hate when hometown fans scream/curse/get physical with me when I'm not doing anything. Relax, if I'm being obnoxious I understand, otherwise not cool(Pitt fan here in Cincy, gets the harrassment)

guy at game with random jersey that has no affiliation to either city playing

angry guy/likes to fight guy

insult guy that has nothing creative

Along the above lines, I hate when opposings fans act rediculous. Gotta realize you are in enemy territory and not surprising to see those guys end up introuble. Be a fan, not a fanatic, haha

co-sign. Even when they try to trashtalk/say something to the players... I just think to myself, like you are no one... Your opinion means nothing.

I also hate it when the fans leave early like OP said.

There's a reason home teams generally get favorable calls, particularly in basketball.

I hate blow horns and other annoying horns at sporting events.

Right now the South African horns at the Confederations Cup are pis.sing me off.

Also, I understand sports are a business but I hate seeing the good seats at sporting events around North America being occupied by executives in suits ontheir Blackberries the entire game. Make those seats affordable to the real fans

I don't mind if people wear stuff that is from a different sport, if the other team is in the same area/city. I do however mind if they wear stuff fromdifferent teams, same sport. That is just stupid. If you're not gonna show love to either team playing, wear something neutral.

Yankees/Red Sox game and someone wears a Tulowitzki jersey with a Reds hat (example)
-
Fans do the wave
- Get up and leave near the end of the game because the team is losing
- When somebody wears a jersey of team/player that's somewhere else and when it's a different sport.
