I'm 6'0 175 fast thinking about trying out but don't want to make a fool of myself...I go to WVU by the way

What's your backround? Did you play in highschool? Win player of the week or something?
 
Honestly, your best shot is running a good 40.

If you run a 4.5 or less, I say that at least gets you in the door.

Give it a shot. When i was in undergrad at UF lots of students tried out for the football team. i think 2 or 3 kids made it on the team and one of the threeactually started his senior year at corner. this was in the Ron Zook days though 2002-2004. I wish i wouldve tried out im 6'2 300 and bench max335.

What was your HS career like?
 
If you've got a football background of any sort and are in shape or can get in shape then you've got a chance. The amount of that chance varies.

Crazier things have happened, you can mess around and end up starting warranting injuries and academic problems.
