What are some good headphones?

I want over-the-head headphones, just wondering which ones are nice.

Price range $50-$175ish

I'll be in the city for college next year, and i just want some nice headphones that I can wear walking around.

Oh yeah and don't list those Dr. Dre headphones, I hear they're overrated.

I had a pair of this MDR-V600 since highschool for my Music Tech class... paid 100$ for and till this day its still working like i just got it yesterday, askany producer and they will till you that the MDR series is no joke

haha but then again its a studio headphone so you might wanna go for something for stylish but if you want quality its w/e

The Sony MDR-NC60 is currently what i'm using. They're over the ear with really good sound and noise isolation so if you're going to be in the cityand want to block out ambient noise, i've gotta recommend those. Sennhesier's are a great choice as well, but it seems like the NT headphone of choice.

The Dre's aren't as bad as people say, but not as dope either. They're stylish and expensive with good quality sound. Not the best, especially forthe price range.

I have these..they're not really that great. The lows aren't really emphasized nearly enough and the sound bleads a lot.

i rather get etymotic er4p or klipsch custom 3
