What are the benefits of working at Champs Sports vs Footlocker?

Have been doing some research and haven't found much info yet, which is why i'm posting.  I know Footlocker offers a 50% off employee discount, does Champs Sports offer this?  I figure that there are a few NTers that are Footlocker/Champs employees out there!

all the same company, all the same discounts...

but only work for the discount if its not you're main source of income...

if its ya main source, and you part timing, you gonna be broke from coppin so much product...

Same Company.

It all depends on your taste though.

Champs usually gets more Running / Training Shoes such as the whole MP Line..

On the other hand Footlockers tend to carry more Basketball and a mix of Running Shoes..
( FL that I worked at received all Foams besides Royals.. )
If you work at a HOH you're SET though..

more locations more which means MORE opportunity for advancement..

more product which means higher volume...

FTL is a household name while champs is more of a go to spot for team clothing/hats and various t-shirts...

True but once you're in, you can be transferred/promoted to any other branch because its all the same business-wise, although I'm not too sure about champs being that I never had one in my district when I was there. Discounts & Commission are your friends.
