As stated above.

Greek Yogurt is the stuff.

Big into eating naturally lately, so I've been buying tons of apples, carrots, raw nuts, celery, etc.

For a healthy sandwich, Lean sliced turkey breast, spinach medley, cucumbers, djon, dash of pepper, 12 grain bread.

for a snack, liberte plain greek yogurt, honey, and some sliced strawberries or bananas

organic natural pb

no sugar added natural jam

eggs: boiled, fried, scrambled

apples

if you're on a diet, eat inside every 3 hours, portions no bigger than your 2 hands put together, 5 times a day

plenty water

I put this on my sandwiches, I love spicy stuff though. I don't know a lot about nutrition but I can't imagine it being horrible for you

I prefer whole foods for certain things, but at Trader Joes I always pick up:

frozen organic fruits (for smoothies)
beef and broccoli lomaine (frozen)
greek yogurt
organic orange juice
organic grass fed chicken drumsticks and thighs
apple stuffed porkchops
olive oil popcorn
pomegranate cereal they have is

Is Trader Joes more expensive then regular grocery stores? I'm on a budget. And is there food better than regular grocery stores(as far as health wise)

Used to work at Trader Joes in HS! Still love the place.

In regards to price, a lot of items are relatively cheap (olive oil, cereal, wine, cheese) while produce items like fruit and meats are way overpriced.

Trader joes is the best for snacks and small meals!!! Their fresh pizza dough is $1.29 and makes two very largwe pizzas.

99 cent banana chips, 1.99 chili sweet dried mangoes, 1.99 pita breads, 1.99 hummus servings, etc.
