I'll put 6k in the bank, buy a cheap truck(can pay for itself), use it to make money, they maybe buy a car.

02-05 altima or accord, if you buy one those you will most likely spend less 11k, you probably spend 6-10k
leave the rest of the money for tints, hids, and to pay that insurance
stay away from vw jettas those things are
, 3 of my friends had them they all broke down and they were bought in fair condition
