Update: I started at 1:00 P.M. and played through 16 holes at Recreation Park (twilight; $20 walking). Birdied the first hole, and then a downward spiral afterthat. It was so backed up I couldn't get into a groove, it took us almost 3 hours to play 9 holes. Started getting overcast and chilly as the sun set.
