I was doing the overnight oats before work. But I get to lazy to make them even ahead of time sometimes. So now I just take 1 cup oats grind them with cinnamon,berries,almond milk, flax and chia seeds and 1 scoop of whey and drink that smoothie soon as I get up. BAM Get everything you need that quick when your on the go.
