I just found out there may be a new law passed that let stores charge for plastic bags.. Our 9% taxes isn't enough.. Now I got to get tax for plastic bags too..

they passed the law to outlaw plastic bags now we pay 10 cents for the brown bags

I was in Santa Cruz last week at target and they were charging for bag...i said f that ill carry it out lol

So is Santa Cruz charging 10 cents for plastic bags too?

I think it was 35 cent per paper bag. They didn't have plastic ones.
