What is the hardest thing about your job?

Some of the employees here act entitled and use the Union to try and get out of working in specific processes when it falls under their labor category.

Management with the lack of consistency. Everything is reactive and we can never just sit down and do our work.

Govt. Contracting and the lack of merit increases.

My director stated that she would love for me to attend the convention.

After a month of emailing asking about the payment, she emailed the team stating we have to pay for it in our personal credit card. The convention is in 2 weeks. Smh

The day I get back from the convention the next day, I’m flying out to Ecuador.

I don’t want my card tired up especially when I’m traveling internationally the next day.

Those reimbursements can take weeks.

That is ridiculous.

You are your own man but I would habe told them to pay for it up front if they needed me to go.

2 weeks???????

They are TRIPPIN

Business/program analyst that works from home.

My old job offered remote work and I didn’t show up to the office for three months, nobody cared either, but it gets boring/isolating after a while.

My current team has to send extra status reports when remote. I am not putting myself out there like that just to save 30 min conmute.

Fighting off all the groupies. Being a professional NTer the women just throw themselves at you.

Nasty Stankin MFers that blow up the bathrooms and refuse to courtesy flush or wash their hands then try to cop an attitude from my fist bump only / napkin over the door knob policy.

Hosting back to back meetings, with no time to info dump or get out notes before running the next. No time for completing actual deliverables in a 40 hour week.

PMO hierarchies and micromanagement.
Portfolio managers who have no idea what they are doing.. delegation without forward instruction.

The hardest thing is dealing with a overtalking exaggerating corny coworker u sit in close quarters with. They dont even take the 1 bud in ear message....

Nobody:

Him: (laughing loudly) wanna hear something that made me laugh/the funniest thing in the world/......(tells corny joke or story that he told b4 but details be different each time)

Tells me he blew thru 400k in street money smh

After ignoring him he rolls his chair over to me to show me something on his phone 20190919_115618.jpg

I don't KNOW what you teach your family .

That is why I said you MIGHT not teach them to clean up after themselves.

I sent the flight info months ago, you missed the flight.

Not paying for another ticket
