What should I Do?

Im sitting in my friends living room. He is letting me stay in his crib while I am in toronto for a while. He is watching Paris Hilton BFF though and idon't think I can handle another minute of it. Should I ask him to change the channel(yesterday he was watching ET smh) or should i go the easy route andjump off his 17 story balcony to end my misery.
