My 14 yr old loves his new fangled hip hop & he was listening to the new Migos/Drake track. It's very catchy as all their stuff is but I was cold laughing at the elementary lyrics which he took umbrage too... I had him listen to a few tracks from back in the day & he agreed 90s rappers were waaaay better lyrically than today's rappers...


Was listening to Primo reminicing about Stretch & Bobbito's pioneering radio show from back in the day & the first time he listened to them, they played this track & the B side... Premier said he'd never heard a radio show play the B side of a rap record & he was floored.... Extra shout out to Stretch & Bobbito... I know illphillip gave a bday shoutout to Extra P... I remember Stretch & Bobbito had Large on live with a SP1200 rhyming over beats on their show...
