I love this dude’s guitar playing but his albums have been meh at best. Saw him open for Cope years ago & I was in awe. There used to be another live version of this song where he plays Hendrix's Third Stone From The Sun & then goes into the intro of this song so beautifully... Alas I couldn't find it. His playing just screams all kinds of Texas from his soloing, his phrasing, & even incorporating Texas boogie...
