Maybe it's just a San Diego thing, but I swear every time I use my turn signal people either refuse to let me over (speed up to close the gap) or they see it as an opportunity to play chicken and try to ram my car with their car. So if it's morning traffic I say f a turn a signal, I'm coming over.
