If you look on the tags of US Polo Assn., it actually states that they are NOT 'Polo,' and the reason that's on their tags is because they'rerequired by law to state that.

'US Polo Assn.' is an imitation of 'Ralph Lauren Polo'. They just make the same type of clothes as Ralph Lauren Polo and use red, white, andblue as their main colors, like Ralph Lauren Polo, and they make their money off of people assuming that they are buying Ralph Lauren Polo.
