When does footlocker or champs start taking pre orders for the let's say Bred XI release in December

It's $180usd so there's a good chance it's gonna be $210 or was it $220?

Just spoke with manager of Footlocker in Montreal yesterday.  Nike Canada does not allow pre-orders anymore.  The last shoe they allowed pre-sales for was the Military IV.
