Where are my NON TURKEY EATERS at? Vol. What's for Thanksgiving Dinner?

I'm just going to make healthy versions of the typical Soul Food Thanksgiving menu my family always has. My sister makes homemade macaroni and cheesethough that is second to none. I'm just going to get some Barilla protein enhanced pasta and some Kraft FF cheese, probably make myself some white chickenchili, some brown rice, sweet potatoes w/o all the butter, sugar, honey, and for desert like an angel food cake topped with yogurt and strawberries.

I hate turkey too, but with that stuffing, I'm good to go

To the OP, Turkey is point as long as the cook knows what they are doing. You don't have the same stuffed feeling as you would with beef, plus the naturalsleepy feeling with tryptophan. Nothing better than slamming a meal and taking a nap.

But the menu at the fam's house this year is as usual, Obama won so it's a GREAT Thanksgiving in Chicago.
