Out of the two mentioned, i'll say Recession easily. The Inspiration had a bunch of mediocre songs that had the exact same feel. Still On it is the onlysong that could be considered a banger IMO.
Put On and Amazin ALONE are enough to top Inspiration IMO. The middle of Recession is softer than whip cream, but the album still holds its own.
