Which national chain stores offer the most cashback?

Having a lil dilemma and need money from my paypal. Cant wait to have the funds put into my account as my mortgage is due Friday and don't want to hit anATM to pay $10 bucks to only take out $400. I've come up with the scheme to go to stores and buy something cheap like gum and take a large amount as cashback using my PayPal debit card. Outta the stores you NTers have been to, which ones have you noticed that have high cashback limits?

Just go to walmart get the highest amount cash back possible, if it's not enough just get back in line and get cash back till u got 400.
