My thoughts on:

Lakers: Its a thing with all point guards with you guys. Fisher aint quick enough, Farmar aint good enough, and Shannon aint gone ever be able to stay withlittle guys. I think you are still gonna make it work though.

Warriors: I think its mostly the presance of Don Nelson

Suns: Depth is you guys main issue

Blazers: BRoy aint a number one type guy, add in you have a lot of talent, but no fixed roles and you have the team you see.

Boston: Depth, and a Shooting Guard who dont like the Point Guard's confidance.

Knicks: playin for something that aint coming

No constant threat on offense (Gilbert plays hard when he wants to, Antawn gets his buckets though I'll admit)
Undersized forwards
Ball stopper on offense (Gilbert once again)
No willing passers on the team
No good perimeter defenders
Don't really have a offensive identity (we should be a running team)
HEALTH (a starter always gets hurt on this team no matter what)
