WHO WASN'T SEDATED WHEN GETTING WISDOM TEETH TAKEN OUT?

Depends on how your teeth are oriented. If they are pointed towards your teeth, sideways, under the gums, close to a nerve, then the dentist pretty much has tosedate you or put you under, because it's a tricky operation. Otherwise, they just numb you up, maybe drill a little of the tooth, and then pull it out, like they did with mine. Also depends on how anxious you get. I work in a dental office and they do a lot of conscious sedation for those who are scared - oraldrugs and switch up the ambience of the room ie low lighting, blindfolds, ear muffs.
