Dodgers: Mike Scoscia (I know it's not going to happen).

Depending on his success at UM I can agree on Pastner though. I'd like to see us get a premier name, and I think in a few years he could be. Young, arguably the hardest working man in the sport, and recruits his %^&% off. 
 
If Jamie Dixon were to ever leave Pitt, it'd be interesting if domino's would fall between Pitt, Arizona and Memphis.
 
Athletics: Tony LaRussa for a reunion.
Lakers: Brian Shaw, with Byron Scott assisting.
Raiders: Honestly, I'd love to see Madden do SOMETHING with the organization. despite his age. Team president, GM, something!

As for coaching, I'd want Gruden to take another crack at it.
 
Lakers-i wish phil would coach us forever but id like to see b.shaw or maybe b.scott
49ers-im happy with singletary...but gruden or holmgren would be a good look
