Popeyes had Onion Rings in the 90s/00s. They were discontinued in some locations but they have been back for over 5 years now.

Yea, that isn't what your are seeing. The onions aren't carmelized. That is just wet batterthe inside looks super carmalized

They have no flavor at all and there soggy. Well the times I've had them. Jack n the Box has decent onion rings.
