Hirajuku is like the district where you can catch the goth crowd andd where a lot of the expensive shopping is Nike Hirajuku has hot releases and fire still in store and an ID studio inside
I forget the name of other places but 1 is the arcade /anime/ electronics district you must go there. 15 days is more than enough in tokyo, its really not as expensive as i thought, its the souveneirs that will get you honestly. they over charge at times

Roppongi like the other guy said... watch out for them nigerians though, serious.
Check out tokyo tower, it only takes 30mins/1hr, well worth it imo
See if you can get online and buy some sumo tickets too, didnt get the chance, but i walked by the stadium during the fights and got to take some pics with some huge japanese sumo wrestlers
