Here is the current building:
I'm doing a design proposal for a building of the exact same composure on the opposite street corner.
The photoshop required:
-Change the "Chapters" sign to say "Two Wheel Green".
-The "Two Wheel" should be above the word "Green" and the color should be... green.
-Remove the light post/cables in front of the building
-Remove the brown building that is in the back
....and if someone is REALLY good..
-Remove the cars/people/trees THAT ARE IN FRONT of the building
(no need to do the areas beside the building because I can crop that out)
It doesn't need to look too life like/perfect... more of a rendering.
If you think you can do this, suggest a price before hand and I will paypal you once it's finished
