Windows 7 sync - ps3

I know im prolly way late on this but, can someone please help me do this?

When i start up my ps3 under the music category i hit the windows screen and this comes up: "Access to the media server is not allowed.  It is possible that the system name for this PS3 system, "PS3-152", has not been registered.  Check the settings for the media server."

Can someone please walk me through this?  Thanks in advance!
