With the Summer Blockbusters out of the way..What movie(s) are you most looking forward to? Vol: 201

I want to watch looper.
Fromt the list you gave i am intrigued in killing them softly and the sessions.
Ice man just makes me want to watch it now
like what did they do
kill each others family wth
they cannot make TWO hours of compliance
that would not be fun to watch

I'm hearing great things about Compliance... there are some effed up people out there.

Django Unchained, The Man With the Iron Fists, and SKYFALL.
:smokin Can't wait for Skyfall. Looks like they are back on track and back to the form of Casino Royale. I wish Quantum of Solace never existed. One of my favorites Olga Kurylenko, was wasted in that movie. I want to wear amazing suits like Daniel Craig and beat people up.

I'm actually looking forward to Total Recall. Always loved the original.

Just read The Great Gatsby has been pushed back from a Christmas release to a Summer 2013 release.

Sucks, I really wanted to see Leo as Jay... it got really good reviews from an early screening.

Not much left that I am looking forward to this year, just Django Unchained...Next year though definitely a different story,It's going to be a good year for movies...

300: Battle of Artemisia

Plot

The Battle of Artemisia almost certainly refers to the role played in the Persian invasion by Artemisia I of Caria, and therefore the film will probably focus, in part, on her and the Battle of Salamis, as well as possibly the Battle of Artemisium, the name of which has nothing to do with Artemisia I. The Battle of Artemisium was a naval engagement, concurrent with the battle at Thermopylae) and was fought between an alliance of Greek city-states and the Persian Empire in September 480 BC, in the straits between the mainland and Thermopylae. Salamis was fought once the Persians had advanced into southern Greece and occupied Athens.

The movie will cover some of the backstory of Xerxes, and will explain how he became "the God King".

Eva Green as Artemisia
Sullivan Stapleton as Themistocles
Rodrigo Santoro as King Xerxes, King of Persia. Santoro previously played Xerxes in the 2007 film 300.
