- Sources close to Vince McMahon report that The Rock has told Vince he wants to do at least one more match but has not agreed on any kind of solid return to the ring, at last word. Originally, The Rock was firm that he did not want to wrestle again but has since changed his mind.
As noted before, WWE has wanted The Rock to also appear at SummerSlam and one creative idea tossed around has him doing an angle with The Miz and John Cena to build to a match at SummerSlam against Miz but that’s just talk. It’s said that getting The Rock back in action is one of Vince’s big goals right now but he is not pressuring The Rock because he knows the decision comes down to what he wants to do.

The segment with Triple H, Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker gained 1,346,000 viewers, making the rating go from 3.5 to 4.5 in the Males 18-49 demographic and from 4.5 to 5.4 in the teenagers demo.
Jerry Lawler vs. Jack Swagger lost 1,449,000 viewers, making it one of the worst segments as far as losing viewers goes in years. The same thing happened with Sheamus and Daniel Bryan a few weeks ago – fans tune in to see a major angle, in this case the one with HHH-Taker-HBK, and then tune out once the major angle is over.
