Another win for my Dream. Game was closer than I wanted it to be, but hey can't be mad at a 5 game win streak that pushes us to 6-1.
McCoughtry (21 points) & Hayes (23 points) did their thing.
Edit: just watched the Liberty destroy Indiana in the fourth. Those girls were hitting every single 3 they threw up.

^ Are you referring to the undefeated Sparks at Lynx game? Because my schedule shows that round 1 of those two will actually be tomorrow at 2:30 Centra, Lynx at Sparks.

Same here. Literally the only reason I know about that one is because it's my team involved in an undefeated match up. If both of those things weren't at play, I could have easily made the same mistake.

Showdown. Was at game 2 between these squads last season in the playoffs at the pyramid. Thought we had a shot at dethroning them last year but w/o homecourt in a 3 game series it's tough.

They were really good last year once candace came back. She was playing like an mvp. This is more so a continuation of that.

Minnesota is very physical and their physicality wore on la as the game wore on

Minny may have had the toughest frontcourt with Brunson and McCarville. Adding Fowels was just unfair.

Sparks? CP3 been good... but (and I've said this plenty)... didn't trust her teammates enough. Different this year. Was a little different last year, and we made the playoffs (out in 1st rd.)
Baby steps.
